Sawyer
Sawyer has some new favorite activities and catch phrases. He's still not too fond of animals that come up to him and will always tell us to "Catch 'em! Catch 'em!" but he also uses that exact same phrase in reference to himself, with a hint of a question to it when he's ready for any kind of wrestling, tickling, roughhousing action. He'll walk up to whoever he wants to play with him and, with his mischievous grin, ask, "Catch 'em?" and then squeal with delight when they comply.
He thinks "monies" are the most exciting thing in the world and loves to put them in his pig. When we visited my parents recently he found a change jar full of pennies, grabbed two fistfuls, and then turned to me and said, "Go home." Cute little thief. Grandpa Dale made his day and let him take ALL of the pennies home to put in his pig (which kept him busy for a good fifteen minutes!)
Dillon caught a grasshopper in our yard the other day and, after convincing him they are relatively nice bugs, Sawyer thought it was the best thing. He now regularly asks to go find "roppers" with his dad.
His discovered the Frazzle machine at the gas station and decided he really needed a "Drink? Blue wwwon?" And after I gave in that first time, he's hooked and would love it if we went and got one every day.
His last little catch phrase is probably not a favorite of his but anytime he thinks he's going to fall while I'm holding him (like when I hold him up to wash his hands) he repeats over and over, "I gosha. I gosha." because that's what I tell him so he knows I won't drop him. At one of our frequent store trips, he needed a diaper change so I left the baby with Dillon and took Sawyer to the bathroom. He hates the bathroom changing tables and always has but I put him up there because I wasn't going to change him on the floor and he started fuh-reaking out and screaming, "I gosha! Fall down! I gosha! Fall down!" while straining every muscle in his neck and trying to scoot off the table. So that was fun for me and all the strangers in the bathroom.

Dawson
Dawson got his own post for hitting ten months.
Dillon
Dillon somehow managed to get his wedding ring lost in an obscure area beneath the gear shift in his Jeep and wasn't sure if he could get it out. He's had some bad luck with his ring and is currently on his third one so I was like..."Well, welcome to being ringless." But he maneuvered some things, took some stuff apart and got it back.
He also turned twenty-seven and we got to celebrate him. We had to do it in bits and pieces because of different circumstances but it made it so that we got to celebrate his birthday for about a week which was fun. He and I got to go to dinner and a movie (the newest Pirates, which isn't new anymore but that made it so we could go to the cheap theater in town..holla!) during the week before his birthday. He got a few birthday cards and money before his actual birthday and decided he wanted to do some shopping in St. George. My parents graciously let Sawyer come play because shopping with him is brutal and we headed down. It ended up being kind of bust but we did get to stop for dinner with some friends before we headed back to town which was fun.
Then we had our own three-day weekend to party because Dillon decided to take his actual birthday off of work and I'm so glad he did. We played with the kids at home, did some local shopping, took naps, opened presents and visited the lake.

DaNae
I just finished the book Life After Life by Kate Atkinson and really liked it. I'm woefully behind my reading goal and need to get some serious book reading done before the end of the year. I've read a few books this year that I've enjoyed but I feel like I've been picking really longs books that aren't exactly page turners so it takes me awhile to finish them (and I've spent a good portion of the year not being able to stay awake and read due to my constantly nursing/sleep deprived state). So! If you're reading this and have some good book recommendations, send 'em my way. Seriously. Type them in the comments or something. Help a woman out.
I've also started the book How to Parent Your Anxious Toddler in hopes to find some kind of help beyond "waiting it out" for Sawyer. Fingers crossed there's something useful in there.

He randomly decided he wanted to push Dawson's stroller and it's basically the cutest.
Snow cone stop.
Date night!
He looooved this shark head and played with it in the aisle for twenty minutes while trying to convince me and Dillon that it needed to come home with him. I almost gave in but Dillon was the voice of reason on not spending $20 on a shark head.
Dawson was less impressed with his panda head.
These cooler days where we can play outside without melting are what I live for. We had a good run with chalk and bubbles before the humidity broke and the rain fell.
Serious art contemplation.
Our ocean scene.
Multigram from Instagram: Happy Birthday to this man dime!! I think you're finally starting to look old enough that people won't think you're in high school when they first meet you 😜 Thanks for being my better half and the best dad to our boys. We like you a little bit 😘 1/2

This thing came with our package of water balloons and it has been the perfect, Dawson-size lounge pool.
As mentioned with the shark head pictures, Sawyer is currently super into sharks. Dillon put an educational PBS shark video on for him and now he regularly asks for it instead of cartoons.
Suckers so they'd be nice while shopping.
Lake!
Some good morning exchanges and showing off of the football.
