Dawson One Month

Two day stats:

Weight: 7 lb 4 oz (24th percentile)

Height: 20 in (49th percentile)

Head: 13 3/4 in (24th percentile)

Two week stats:

Weight: 7 lb 15 oz (25th percentile)

Height: 21 1/4 in (69th percentile)

Head: 14 1/4 in (29th percentile)

Our Dawson boy turned one month. A month that passed by in a blurry, sleep deprived, snuggly state. He's a pretty good sleeper and by the end of the month, started sleeping in longer stretches at night but he is definitely not a quiet sleeper. He grunts and stretches and moans like a full-on adult man.

He started putting on some chub and outgrew most of his newborn clothes.

He was loved on by some visitors and by his big brother. Sawyer really likes to talk to Dawson during  tummy time and he likes to help burp him after he's eaten. Sawyer also likes to point out all of Dawson's body parts and give them a poke. Dawson tolerates it all really well.

Dawson decided that he really would prefer to be held 24 hours a day which has been tricky since Sawyer has been sick almost the entire first month of Dawson's life and wants to be held 24 hours a day too.

Dawson lost his cord really quickly and so got his first bath within the first week. He was not a fan at all and his face in the pictures shows it.

Dawson's sweet little spirit has been such a great addition to our family. He's a calm little guy with great, big eyes that like to take everything in.
